31-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your TANK007 purchase. You may request a return within 31 days after your order is delivered.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before sending any item back, please contact us at service@tank007.com or +86 135 3030 4984. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please also include clear photos or video showing the issue.

Returns must be authorized in advance. After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Depending on your order and location, the return address may be in mainland China or at our United States warehouse. Please do not send products to an address shown on a package or website without first receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be requested within 31 days after delivery. Used products may be returned. Please return the product with all essential components and accessories supplied with it. Items that have been intentionally damaged, abused, misused, or modified without authorization, or that are missing essential components, may not qualify for a full refund.

Proof of purchase is required.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order specifications.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the package reaches the authorized return address.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us before returning it. After confirming the issue, TANK007 will provide appropriate return or replacement instructions and will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TANK007 is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit when return shipping is arranged by the customer.

INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at service@tank007.com.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

TANK007 products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

During the warranty period, after confirming a covered defect, TANK007 may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, loss or theft, improper storage, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to product instructions, or damage caused by conditions beyond the product's published specifications.

To request warranty service, contact service@tank007.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. Additional troubleshooting information may be requested before a return is authorized.
