SHIPPING POLICY

This online store is operated by Granddoor Electronic HK Co., Limited, trading as TANK007. We provide worldwide shipping. Orders may be fulfilled from mainland China or from our United States warehouse, depending on product availability, stock location, and the delivery destination. Manufacturing and fulfillment services in mainland China may be provided by Shenzhen Guangzhongdao Electronic Co., Ltd.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or other periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard worldwide shipping is free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD $59 or more after discounts and before taxes, duties, or other charges.

For orders below USD $59, standard shipping costs USD $5.99.

Any available expedited or alternative shipping options and their applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit times begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier:

United States: 7–16 business days
Canada: 7–16 business days
United Kingdom: 7–16 business days
Australia: 7–16 business days
European countries: 7–16 business days
All other available destinations: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer because of customs clearance, remote-area delivery, local carrier operations, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Items in the same order may be stored at different locations. Your order may therefore arrive in more than one package and at different times. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may require several business days to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.

TANK007 cannot predict or control these charges. Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for complying with the import rules that apply in their destination.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at service@tank007.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, OR DAMAGE

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears to be lost, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at service@tank007.com with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will assist with the carrier investigation and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
